• Manage all aspects of the business, including invitation and bridal sales, client satisfaction, email correspondence and social media communications, employee relations, buying, payroll, accounting, inventory, marketing and advertising.  Computer proficient in Microsoft Publisher, Excel and Word.

• Buyer and Sales director for wedding gown, custom bridal veils, and custom designed wedding invitations. Launched and introduced the exclusive Lady M Bridal Gown Collection.

• Promote brand and expand sales through participation in Columbus bridal shows and local events.        

• Established new brand identity, logo, and digital channels for Lady M Ltd and Paper Occasions to elevate brand & expand into online retail sales opportunities.   

• Designed and oversaw the creation of new website for Lady M Ltd and Paper Occasions.

• Enhance in-store and online retail shopping through one-on-one client consultation & consistent communication through sales journey with product sample visualization, follow ups, and personalized final product delivery for premium experiences.
